Choung-Sik Kim’s role is to guarantee that SONGWON Industrial Co., Ltd. remains fully in line and compliant with Korean laws and regulations. By proactively informing the Group of any significant legal or regulatory changes, he ensures that necessary steps can be taken in good time to achieve continued compliance. He is also responsible for making sure that all operations at SONGWON Industrial Co., Ltd. are fully aligned and integrated with the organization’s policies and strategies. To gain the full alignment of each functional group and timely implementation of the related processes, it is Choung-Sik Kim’s responsibility to communicate and explain Group policies, strategies and critical decisions to SONGWON’s Korean employees.
